Contractul ce urmează a fi atribuit are ca obiect prestarea de către operatorul economic delegat a următoarelor activități componente ale serviciului public de salubrizare a localităților: - Colectarea separată și transportul separat al deșeurilor menajere și al deșeurilor similare provenind din activități comerciale din industrie și instituții, inclusiv fracții colectate separat; - Transportul deșeurilor reziduale rezultate în urma sortării/ tratării la depozitele de deșeuri și/ sau la instalații de valorificare energetică. În Caietul de sarcini sunt prezentate aspectele tehnice și calitative minime care vor trebui avute în vedere pe parcursul derulării contractului de delegare. Ofertele care nu vor respecta integral cerințele minime conform documentației de atribuire vor fi considerate neconforme și respinse potrivit prevederilor art. 215 alin. (5) din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice și art. 137 alin. (1) și (3) din H.G. nr. 395/2016. Procedura de delegare prin achiziție publică se va finaliza prin încheierea unui singur contract de delegare, cu posibilitate de prelungire conform prevederilor art. 221 din Legea nr. 98/2016 privind achizițiile publice. Delegarea activităților componente ale serviciului public de salubrizare ce fac obiectul prezentei proceduri se face pentru o perioadă de 5 ani, sau până la data operaționalizării în Municipiul Sighetu Marmației a ''Sistemului de Management Integrat al Deșeurilor Maramureș'', aflat în curs de implementare în cadrul Asociației de Dezvoltare Intercomunitară de gestionare integrată a deșeurilor menajere în județul Maramureș.
