Description

Obiectul Acordului Cadru consta in achizitia serviciilor de management de flota auto si leasing operational , in conformitate cu prevederile Caietului de Sarcini. Se vor incheia contracte subsecvente avand ca obiect servicii de leasing operational si management de flota auto pentru autoturisme proprietate Prestator, contracte subsecvente cu o durata de 48 de luni . Se vor incheia contracte subsecvente avand ca obiect Servicii de Management de flota Auto atat pentru autovehiculele proprietatea Beneficiarului, servicii pentru autovehiculele proprietatea altui Prestator (venite din leasing operational) conform cap. 3.1 din Caietul de Sarcini, servicii conexe atat pentru autovehiculele proprietatea Beneficiarului ,cele inchiriate in leasing si proprietatea altui Prestator, alte servicii atat pentru autovehiculele proprietatea Beneficiarului ,cele inchiriate in leasing si proprietatea altui Prestator - contracte cu durata de 12 luni. Pentru Acordul cadru, avand in vedere cantitatile prevazute in Anexa 9 a Caietului de sarcini valoarea minima este de 193.696,93 euro fara TVA, valoarea maxima a acordului cadru este de 13.719.331,32 euro fara TVA. Valoarea celui mai mic contract subsecvent este de 193.696,93 euro fara TVA , iar valoarea maxima a contractelor subsecvente prestate simultan este de 4.199.332,85 euro fara TVA, valori raportate la cantitatile aferente contractelor subsecvente conform prevederilor din Anexa 9 a Caietului de Sarcini.
