Servicii sociale cu cazare pe perioadă determinată, organizate ca centre în regim de urgență pentru protecția victimelor violenței domestice din judeţul Mureş Serviciile vor fi acordate unui numar maxim de 12 beneficiari simultan/zi. Serviciile vor fi acordate pe raza judeţului Mureş, de un furnizor acreditat in conditiile legii nr. 197/2012, în locaţii organizate ca şi centre de primire în regim de urgenţă (adăposturi) în conformitate cu prevederile Ordinului 28/2019 privind aprobarea standardelor minime de calitate pentru acreditarea serviciilor sociale destinate prevenirii și combaterii violenței domestice. Cantitatile si valorile minime si maxime estimate pentru acordul-cadru si contractele subsecvente se regasesc in Anexa 1 la Caietul de sarcini
