Bârsei nr. 1 (exclusiv dotarea cu echipamente specifice pentru supravegherea, înregistrarea și stocarea imaginilor video). Se va asigura inclusiv conexiune VPN intre cele 43 locații și Dispeceratul video pentru o perioada de 36 de luni.
