The purpose of the framework agreement is to ensure, for a determined period, all banking services for the online collection of local taxes and duties through the GlobalPay platform, under conditions of continuity, predictability, and economic efficiency. The framework agreement allows for the flexible contracting of banking services according to actual needs that arise by establishing in advance the essential terms (commissions, working conditions) which will be subsequently applied within the subsequent contracts. The subsequent contracts to be awarded concern the provision of services of the nature provided for in the technical specifications. 1. Type of framework agreement: framework agreement for services, with a single economic operator. 2. Duration of the framework agreement: 48 (forty-eight) months. 3. Estimated value for the framework agreement, over 4 (four) years is: 4,800,000 (1,200,000 RON x 4) RON excluding VAT. Maximum Framework Agreement Value = 4,800,000 RON excluding VAT; Minimum Framework Agreement Value = 1,200,000 RON excluding VAT; Values of the Subsequent Contract: Value of the largest subsequent contract: 600,000 RON excluding VAT; Value of the smallest subsequent contract: 150,000 RON excluding VAT; 4. Frequency of contracts to be awarded: at least 2 (two) subsequent contracts per year.
