Scopul acordului-cadru este asigurarea pe o perioadă determinată a tuturor serviciile bancare pentru încasarea online a impozitelor și taxelor locale prin platforma GlobalPay, în condiții de continuitate, predictibilitate și eficiență economică. Acordul-cadru permite contractarea flexibilă a serviciilor bancare în funcție de necesitățile reale apărute prin stabilirea în prealabil a termenilor esențiali (comisioane, condiții de lucru) care vor fi aplicate ulterior în cadrul contractelor subsecvente. Contractele subsecvente ce urmează a fi atribuite au ca obiect prestarea de servicii de natura celor prevazute în caietul de sarcini. 1. Tip de acord-cadru: acord-cadru de servicii, cu un singur operator economic. 2. Durata acordului-cadru: 48 (patruzecisiopt) luni. 3. Valoarea estimată pentru acordul-cardu, pe 4 (patru) ani este: 4.800.000 (1.200.000 lei x 4) lei fără TVA. Valoare Maximă Acord-cadru = 4.800.000 lei fără TVA; Valoare Minimă Acord-cadru = 1.200.000 lei fără TVA; Valori ale Contractului subsecvent: Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 600.000 lei fără TVA; Valoarea celui mai mic contract subsecvent: 150.000 lei fără TVA; 4.Frecventa contractelor care urmeaza sa fie atribuite: cel putin 2 (doua) contracte, subsecvente pe an.
