Signing of a framework agreement for the provision of services for the acquisition of "SAP maintenance services [ML-SAP], including the acquisition of new SAP licenses" in accordance with the specifications in the CS, respecting all parameters included in the attached technical sheets. The need to acquire these types of services and products through a framework agreement is determined by the lack of knowledge of the exact quantities at the time of initiating the procurement procedure, as well as the impossibility of estimating the frequency of the need for these services/licenses. Minimum estimated quantities during the framework agreement = 5,427 units and maximum estimated quantities during the framework agreement = 6,287 units. Value of the largest subsequent contract: 2,664,540.99 euros excluding VAT Minimum and maximum number of CS to be concluded: min. 1; max 4 The first subsequent contract will be concluded after the award of the framework agreement. Subsequent contracts will be awarded based on emerging needs because the quantity of new licenses to be acquired is not known at this time; it will be determined precisely following audits to be conducted during 2027 - 2028. The minimum and maximum estimated quantities represent estimates of quantities that could be requested during the entire framework agreement period and not the exact quantities that will be purchased, the latter being potentially smaller, equal to, or larger compared to the estimates, depending on the actual needs of the Contracting Entity at the time of awarding subsequent contracts.
