Consolidarea sistemului național de monitorizare și raportare a speciilor de păsări de interes comunitar din România și creșterea preciziei raportării naționale conform prevederilor Articolului 12 al Directivei Păsări 2009/147/CEE, prin monitoring adecvat al populațiilor de păsări de pe lista națională de referință. Obiective specifice vizate de prezentul contract Obiectivul specific 1 - Actualizarea informațiilor solicitate pentru perioada de raportare 2019 – 2024 comparativ cu perioadele anterioare și stabilirea informațiilor suplimentare necesare formatului de raportare furnizat de Comisia Europeana. Obiectivul specific 2: Monitorizarea sistematica a speciilor de păsări de interes comunitar din România în vederea estimării efectivelor populaționale, a distribuției și a tendințelor pe termen scurt și lung a acestor specii. Obiectivul specific 3: Realizarea și transmiterea la Comisia Europeana a raportului de țară în baza prevederilor articolului 12 al Directivei Păsări 2009/147/CE, precum și varianta preliminară a celei de-a 4 a raportări către CE. Obiectivul specific 4: Conservarea speciilor de păsări pentru care gradul de periclitare este mare și Romania deține o mare parte din populația europeană a speciei.
