Default Lot: Membrane Replacement and Related Works

This tender, referred to as 'Default Lot', details specific repair and installation works, primarily focused on roofing membranes and associated components. The scope includes the supply and installation of 11 new membranes for 11 roofs, each approximately 10m x 41.5m (excluding PVC elements). Additionally, 15 broken or bent stainless steel arches will be replaced. During the installation, the existing de-icing system in the gutter between boxes will be temporarily dismantled and reinstalled afterward; its functionality will be checked before dismantling, and any non-functioning systems will be reported to the Beneficiary. The scope also covers the replacement or repair of non-functional irrigation systems, and the replacement or repair of metal handles for closing box doors and membranes for box doors 10 and 11, as needed.
