The services that constitute the object of the contract are cleaning services at the dormitories of the "Grigore T. Popa" University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Iasi (7 dormitories). Cleaning services are performed at dormitories E1, E5, 1 Mai B, 1 Decembrie Pav.9 and 1 Decembrie Pav. 10, from Monday to Friday between 06.00 – 14.00 and Saturday between 8.00 – 12.00, and at dormitory T22 and the resident doctors' dormitory C9-C10 from Monday to Friday between 7.00 – 15.00, except for public holidays provided for in art. 139 of the Labor Code (Law 53/2003 with subsequent amendments and additions). The contract duration is 24 months starting from 09.10.2025. The contract duration may be extended by 1-2 months, under the same price conditions, at the request of the contracting authority, in the event of objective circumstances preventing the contracting authority from concluding a new cleaning service contract. The main requirements imposed on the cleaning activity: ventilation of spaces; dry and wet cleaning of floors in all access ways (internal and external stairs, hallways), wiping of skirting boards in common hallways, main and service stairs; dusting: doors, windowsills, light fixtures, baseboards, handrails, fire extinguishers, hydrants, sockets, switches (where available), radiators, display boards in common areas; emptying and cleaning of trash cans, collection and evacuation of garbage to specially designated areas; dusting and cobweb removal from walls, ceilings, and pipes in all common areas; washing of interior and exterior glass surfaces in common areas; replacement and replenishment of trash bags; cleaning, washing, and disinfecting refrigerators, electric stoves, ovens, sinks, tiles, and wall tiles in kitchenettes with special solutions; washing and disinfecting sanitary facilities: sinks, toilets, shower cabins, doors, door frames, windows, windowsills, mirrors, toilet tanks; washing and disinfecting floors and wall tiles in sanitary facilities; dusting of furniture in common areas with anti-dust cloths and special solutions; maintenance of living rooms during the summer vacation period (general cleaning); wet and dry cleaning of floors and dusting of furniture in reading rooms; dusting of office equipment: telephones, computers, office supplies, furniture; vacuuming, cleaning carpets, rugs, or parquet in administrators' offices; cleaning of storage rooms; sweeping / de-icing of alleys, parking lots, sidewalks; wet cleaning of terraces; cleaning of green spaces and protective sidewalks around the building; cleaning around garbage bins, maintenance of elevator cabins. Personnel required: Dormitory E5 – 3 persons; Dormitory E1 – 2 persons; Dormitory 1 Mai B – 2 persons; Dormitory 1 Decembrie pav.9 – 2 persons; Dormitory 1 Decembrie pav.10 – 3 persons; Dormitory T22 – 1 person; Dormitory C9-C10 – 1 person: Total 14 persons. The contract price includes all materials and equipment necessary for the cleaning services. The provider will ensure monthly, no later than the 5th of each month, the minimum quantities of materials and cleaning products established by the specifications, for each dormitory individually (including the UMF archive). In the event that, during the execution of the contract, the quantities of materials and cleaning products established by the specifications prove to be insufficient, the provider is obliged to supplement/provide them to the necessary level, within the offered price, so as to ensure the performance of all cleaning and maintenance activities provided for in the specifications, and the cleaning services provided ensure strict compliance with current regulations, hygiene standards for units for the care, education, instruction, rest, and recreation of children and young people, approved by order of the Minister of Health 1456/202...
