Contractul de delegare a gestiunii serviciului public de salubrizare presupune colectarea separata si transportul deseuri comunale si a altor fluxuri, salubrizare stradala si deszapezire presupune delegarea prin atribuirea unui contract de achizitie publica a activitatilor mai sus mentionate pe raza Comunei Chiajna prevăzută in Legea nr. 101/2006 a serviciului de salubrizare a localităţilor cat si in Ordonanţa de urgenţă nr. 92/2021 privind regimul deşeurilor). În cadrul serviciului de salubrizare, in speta a activitatilor de colectare separata si transportul deseurilor municipale si a altor fluxuri (deseuri municipale voluminoase si deseuri din constructii si demolari) serviciu de utilitate publică organizat, coordonat, reglementat, condus, monitorizat și controlat de autoritate publică locală (Primăria Chiajna) sunt cuprinse următoarele activități: A. Colectarea separată şi transportul deşeurilor municipale (inclusiv similare) reziduale; B. Colectarea separată şi transportul deşeurilor municipale (inclusiv similare) biodegradabile (biodeşeuri); C. Colectarea separată şi transportul deşeurilor municipale (inluciv similare) reciclabile şi din ambalaje; D. Colectarea separată şi transportul deşeurilor municipale voluminoase (atȃt la cerere cȃt şi prin organizarea de campanii); E. Colectarea separată şi transportul deşeurilor rezultate din activităţi de construcţii şi demolări; F. Colectarea şi transportul deşeurilor abandonate de pe domeniul public; G. Măturatul manual; H. Măturatul mecanizat; I. Golirea coşurilor stradale şi alte activităţi de intreţinere căi publice; J. Stropitul carosabilului; K. Spălatul mecanizat; L. Spălatul mecanizat realizat cu deservent (spălat manual); M. Curăţatul rigolelor; N. Combaterea poleiului; O. Pluguit; P. Curăţatul manual al zăpezii cȃt şi spartul manual al gheţii; Q. Transportul zăpezii; Acestor activitati li se mai pot adauga activitati ocazionale specifice in functie de necesitati si in limita dispozitiilor legale.
