Within the contract, the following services will be provided and the following documents will be prepared for each objective: - Preparation of Feasibility Studies for the objectives: Bridge DN 21 km 20+130, Brăila county; Bridge DN 21 km 43+500, Brăila county; Bridge DN 21 km 56+670, Brăila county; Bridge DN 21 km 61+400, Brăila county; Bridge DN 21 km 61+900, Brăila county; Bridge DN 2L km 24+500, Vrancea county, taking into account the full applicability of current legislation (norms, regulations, standards, laws, etc.). In accordance with the provisions of art. 221 of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, and respecting article 20 of the Service Contract, any changes that may occur during the contract period refer to the following, without being limited to these: 1. changes in contracting parties, under the conditions provided for in art. 221 para. (1) letter d), point (ii); 2. legislative/regulatory/STAS/norms/orders/instructions/etc. changes/modifications; 3. requests from Authorities/Entities/Institutions issuing approvals/agreements/authorizations/permits or from other entities involved in the project (MTIC, MFE, Central and/or Local Institutions, ARR, Beneficiary, MAI, SRI, Certified Verifiers, etc.); 4. extension of deadlines for submitting reports/deliverables (documents/documentation); 5. replacement of personnel nominated by the Service Provider for contract execution; 6. extension of the contract duration; 7. replacement/introduction of subcontractors; Modifications will be made after the contract is signed, in accordance with contractual provisions, only if they do not constitute substantial modifications within the meaning of art. 221 para. (7) of Law no. 98/2016. The extension of the contract duration may be made in accordance with the provisions of article 20 of the Service Contract. More information can be found in the Contract.
