Cybersecurity and Antivirus Protection Services

This tender concerns the procurement of cybersecurity and antivirus protection services for an integrated solution. The services will be provided throughout the duration of the framework agreement and will encompass several key activities. These include the continuous updating of signature databases and existing security management solution versions, provision of online and/or on-site technical support and specialized assistance, knowledge transfer where applicable, and periodic technical audits of the integrated cybersecurity and antivirus protection solution's operational status. The National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration (ANCPI) seeks to acquire these services to ensure technical support, maintenance, and updates for the integrated security solution implemented within its IT infrastructure. Furthermore, the services will cover the deployment of the existing solution on new equipment recently acquired. The services are intended for ANCPI and its subordinate units, which include 42 OCPIs (County Offices for Cadastre and Real Estate Advertising) and CNC (National Cadastre Centre). The maximum value of the framework agreement is set at 1,512,000.00 RON (excluding VAT), covering 48 months of maintenance for 4500 end-users. The minimum value is 1,176,000.00 RON (excluding VAT), also for 48 months of maintenance but for 3500 end-users. The estimated value for the largest subsequent contract is 378,000.00 RON (excluding VAT) for 12 months of maintenance for 4500 users, while the smallest subsequent contract is estimated at 24,500.00 RON (excluding VAT) for 1 month of maintenance for 3500 users.
