DEK-1565 Cardiovascular Evaluation Software Upgrade

This tender concerns the procurement of an upgrade for cardiovascular evaluation software for the DE KK Cardiology and Heart Surgery Clinic, operating under a purchase agreement. The acquisition specifically targets the upgrade of the existing TOMTEC ImageArena cardiovascular evaluation software, excluding any hardware components. The software must be capable of accessing multiple databases (PACS, NAS, SAN) and function as a cardiology visualization and quantification tool. It needs to communicate via the DICOM standard with at least eight different ultrasound manufacturers (e.g., GE, Philips, Siemens) and a minimum of two servers. Furthermore, it should be able to display and measure images from additional modalities including US, XA, IVUS, IVOCT, and NM. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing five years of maintenance, including continuous software updates. All offered products must be brand new and unused. The procurement scope encompasses delivery to the user unit, on-site installation and commissioning, and user training. This training includes software training for at least three individuals, conducted at least twice for a minimum of four hours per session, along with IT operational training. In accordance with Hungarian Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.), Section 46 (3), any references to specific standards, technical approvals, specifications, or products are intended solely for clear identification of the subject matter. Bidders are permitted to offer equivalent or superior solutions, provided they submit substantiating documentation for the equivalence of their proposed alternative.
