Rengøringsservice skal udføres på bl.a. daginstitutioner, skoler, SFO’er, klubber, svømmehaller, biblioteker, dagcentre, boenheder, sundhedscenter, værested, administrative bygninger, materialegård mv. Rengøringsservice omfatter løbende indvendig lokalerengøring og rengøringsrelaterede serviceopgaver som kravspecificeret i kontraktbilag 3: Kravspecifikation. Det samlede totale rengøringsareal udgør ca.: Delaftale 1: 78.200 m2 Det skal bemærkes de enkelte delaftaler accepteres hver for sig, dog kan én og samme tilbudsgiver maksimalt tildeles 1 delaftale. Såfremt en tilbudsgiver prækvalificeres til at afgive tilbud på delaftale 1 og 2, så kan denne tilbudsgiver maksimalt tildeles én af de to delaftaler.
