Nærværende udbud vedrører Ordregivers anskaffelse af en tjenesteydelseskontrakt vedr. tømning af bundfældningstanke iht. Favrskov Kommunes regulativ for tømning af bundfældningstanke.Derudover omhandler udbuddet håndtering af daglige henvendelser, registrering af nye tanke, registrering af tankenes tilstand samt håndtering / transport og bortskaf-felse af det septiske slam. Favrskov Kommune har tilsynspligten og kontrollen med tømningsordningen, mens Favrskov Spildevand A/S er ansvarlig for driften.Aftalen træder i kraft den 01.01.2027 og er gældende i 1 år, med ophør den 31.12.2027, eksklusive optioner. Ordregiver har option på at forlænge Aftalen med op til 3 X 12 måneder på uændrede vilkår. Ordregi-vers option udløses ved skriftlig meddelelse til Leverandøren senest 3 måneder før udløb af Aftalen med virkning for den angivne periode.
