Description

Auto-translated from da

Furesø Municipality is tendering a contract for cleaning services at the municipality's locations such as children's institutions, schools, nursing homes, halls, etc. Furesø Municipality and Region Øst have entered into a cooperation agreement under section 118 d of the Health Act on joint performance of the cleaning task at selected, specified locations and areas. Consequently, the tendered contract includes cleaning of both municipal and regional areas as well as shared service areas. If the applicant is pre-qualified, a bid must therefore be submitted for all locations and areas covered by the tender at the time of bidding. This also applies to locations or areas that, at the time of the contract award or later during the contract period, are transferred wholly or partially to Region Øst or another public authority. The tender material and the contract contain provisions on the regulation of the contract's scope and remuneration, as well as on Region Øst's or another public authority's possibility to wholly or partially enter into the contracting authority's rights and obligations regarding the affected locations or areas. A more detailed description of the tender can be found in the tender documents.
