Description
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Design Services for the Saskatoon Health Infrastructure Renovation and Expansion Project (“Project”), as further described in the RFP Particulars.This Project is led by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP), referred to as the “Authority”, with support from the Ministry of Health (HE0), and the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA).The Successful Proponent will provide comprehensive design services for the pre-design, design, construction, and close-out phases.The Authority is undertaking an estimated 417-square-metre health infrastructure renovation and expansion adjacent to the new Royal University Hospital parkade. The Project includes a combination of renovation and new construction to accommodate specialty clinical equipment and associated support spaces. The Proponent should assume that the design will be influenced by equipment requirements, existing building constraints, and the need to maintain operations within an active healthcare environment.
