Corruption continues to pose a significant challenge to good governance, public trust in institutions, and Montenegros European Union accession process.
To address these challenges, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), in partnership with the Agency for Prevention of Corruption (APC), is implementing the project "Strengthening the Resilience of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption for Integrity in Action." The project aims to strengthen the institutional capacities of the APC through targeted technical assistance, digital transformation initiatives, and enhanced transparency and accessibility of public information and services.In line with these objectives, UNDP in Montenegro will support the Agency for Prevention of Corruption (APC) in developing a new, modern web portal that enhances transparency, accountability, and communication with citizens, businesses, and other stakeholders, while providing a scalable platform for the future expansion of digital services.
The new portal shall present existing and newly introduced information and services in a clear, intuitive, and well-organized manner, enabling users to quickly and easily access the information they need through an attractive, functional, and user-friendly interface.
It shall include a contact form for submitting inquiries and requests to the Agency, a dedicated section for publishing news and updates across APCs areas of work, and a secure administrative interface accessible only to authorized APC personnel.
The Contractor shall provide training to designated APC staff to ensure effective administration and ongoing management of the web portal.
