Supply of promotional items 2025 and 2026 - repeated announcement

The subject of the public contract is the supply of promotional and advertising items specified in detail in Annex No. 5 of the tender documentation (hereinafter referred to as "items"), for the contracting authority, including their printing with the contracting authority's logo and, for selected items, also printing that will include motifs, designs or slogans according to the supplier's design approved by the contracting authority. The subject of the public contract also includes the packaging of the items and their transport to the place of performance according to the contracting authority's requirements, including the delivery of items to the contracting authority's warehouses and offices (without the involvement of the contracting authority's employees, regardless of the number of floors or doors). The items will be packed in boxes or crates so that the weight of each box or crate does not exceed 10 kg. The items will be used primarily for the promotion of the contracting authority, as a means of its presentation and visibility. The contracting authority emphasizes that the quality and workmanship of the offered promotional items must correspond to the stated purpose and the status of the contracting authority, which is a recognized institution. The contracting authority therefore requires that the items be made of high-quality and user-friendly materials and also have high-quality workmanship.
