Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa fabrycznie nowego autobusu (1 szt.) z silnikiem hybrydowym do przewozu mieszkańców. Autobus powinien mieć silnik hybrydowy łączący paliwo typu diesel (spełniający normę Euro VI) oraz elektryczne. Wymagany jest pojazd typu M3, który będzie spełniał definicję „pojazdu czystego” w rozumieniu Dyrektywy 2019/1161/UE, tj. będzie wykorzystywać paliwo alternatywne energię elektryczną w układzie hybrydowym plug-in. Autobus będzie przeznaczony do komunikacji międzygminnej. Szczegółowe wymagania techniczne zostały określone w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ (Opis przedmiotu zamówienia).
