Szczegółowy opis i zakres przedmiotu zamówienia określa Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ - Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia. Szczegółowe warunki i sposób realizacji dostaw zawiera załącznik nr 3 do SWZ – projektowane postanowienia umowy (PPU/projekt umowy).
