Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zapewnienie Agencji Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa z siedzibą w Warszawie (zwaną dalej „Zamawiającym”) przez Wykonawcę prawa do korzystania z Oprogramowania Platformy wykrywania zagrożeń wraz z kompletem niezbędnych licencji czasowych wraz z Dokumentacją i prawa do korzystania ze wsparcia producenta (Usługi Wsparcia Oprogramowania z poziomem świadczenia usług SLA 8×5×NBD przez producenta) na zasadzie subskrypcji, przez okres 24 miesięcy oraz wykonanie instalacji, konfiguracji, uruchomienia i wdrożenia dostarczonego Oprogramowania, zgodnie ze szczegółową specyfikacją określoną w Załączniku nr 1 do projektowanych postanowień umowy (dalej: „ppu”) stanowiących Załącznik nr 8 do SWZ. 2.
