I. 1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa tablic rejestracyjnych oraz złomowanie tablic rejestracyjnych wycofanych z użycia w latach 2027-2028 dla potrzeb Urzędu Miasta Bydgoszczy. Przedmiot zamówienia został opisany w załączniku do SWZ: pn. „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia”. 2. Zamawiający nie przewiduje udzielenia zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 8 uPzp. 3. Zamawiający nie wymaga wniesienia zabezpieczenia należytego wykonania umowy. II. TERMIN WYKONANIA ZAMÓWIENIA 1. Termin wykonania zamówienia: od 1 stycznia 2027 r. do 31 grudnia 2028 r. z zastrzeżeniem, iż w przypadku zawarcia umowy w terminie uniemożliwiającym realizację zamówienia we wskazanym terminie, początkowy termin realizacji zamówienia zostanie przesunięty o odpowiedni okres. 2. W przypadku wykorzystania przed dniem 31 grudnia 2028 r. całkowitego wynagrodzenia brutto, o którym mowa w § 5 ust. 2, termin wykonania umowy ulega stosowej zmianie (skróceniu).
