"Supply of ground blast furnace slag"

The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of a maximum of 1958 tons of ground blast furnace slag in accordance with standard PN-EN 15167-1 or other types of by-products of high-temperature metal ore processing, while maintaining equivalent solutions. Equivalent solutions mean that the offered material is a by-product of high-temperature metal ore processing, which will meet the following physicochemical properties: Item Property Required 1 MgO content ≤ 18% 2 S2- content ≤ 2% 3 SO3 content ≤ 2.5% 4 Chloride content* ≤ 0.10% - the maximum content may be greater than 0.1%, in which case the maximum chloride content should be declared by the contractor 5 Moisture content ≤ 1.0% 6 Glass phase content > 66.6% 7 Specific surface area ≥ 275 m2/kg 8 Loss on ignition with correction for sulfide oxidation ≤ 3.0% 9 Initial setting time of the paste (50% ground granulated blast furnace slag and 50% comparative cement CEM I) cannot be longer than twice the initial setting time of the paste made from comparative cement alone.
