Transporting students to schools in the Gmina Śmigiel and to the facility of the Special School Complex in Kościan based on monthly tickets in the 2026/2027 school year

1. The subject of this order is the provision of services for transporting students to and from schools in the Gmina Śmigiel and to the facility of the Special School Complex in Kościan in the 2026/2027 school year as part of regular transport (purchase of monthly tickets). 2. The subject of the order includes the purchase of personalized monthly tickets for students commuting from the area of Gmina Śmigiel to educational institutions run by Gmina Śmigiel, as well as to the facility of the Special School Complex in Kościan, for the purpose of using regular passenger transport services in domestic road transport within regular lines covering the localities from which students commute to educational institutions in the area of Gmina Śmigiel and to the facility of the Special School Complex in Kościan, based on the established transport schedule. 3. Educational institutions to which services are to be provided: 1) Primary School of the Constitution of May 3rd in Śmigiel, 2) Primary School of 2nd Lt. Stefan Rysmann in Bronikowo, 3) Primary School of the Greater Poland Uprising Participants in Stary Bojanowo, 4) School Complex in Czacz, 5) Primary School of Arkady Fiedler in Stara Przysieka Druga, 6) Special School Complex of Maria Konopnicka in Kościan (two routes). 4. The order includes the transport of students (to and from their place of residence) within the regular lines established by the Contractor at ticket prices determined in this procedure. 5. The Contractor will carry out transport on designated routes with priority for students based on monthly tickets. 6. Within the communication lines and runs according to the schedules created based on the order documentation, outside of this order, the Contractor may provide paid transport services to other persons within the scope of ticket fees, provided that they must primarily ensure transport for students and guardians under the concluded agreement. 7. Every student must be provided with a seat. 8. In carrying out the services, the Contractor is obliged to ensure the safety of transported students in accordance with applicable technical regulations and standards for public passenger transport, the use of appropriate rolling stock for student transport and its correct marking in accordance with applicable regulations, civil liability and personal accident insurance for the entire period of order execution, and to bear the costs of damages incurred during the execution of the service, as well as liability for any incidents arising from this cause. 9. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the agreement in accordance with applicable laws, and in particular in accordance with the Act of September 6, 2001, on Road Transport (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1490, as amended), the Act of June 20, 1997, the Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended), the Act of June 20, 1992, on the right to discounted travel on public transport (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 380, as amended), the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002, on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502, as amended), and licenses and permits required by law. Therefore, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to check all documents required by law related to the proper execution of the agreement, as well as to control the diligence in the execution of the subject of the agreement. 10.
