Description
Open tender contest in accordance with the Law on Public Procurements and the Public Procurement Regulations, parts I and part II.
The objective of the procurement is to enter into a procurement contract for the purchase of 1 complete dye laser (PDL) for the Skin Department at Helse Stavanger HF including safety equipment, hand piece(s) necessary for intended use and any scanner(s) necessary for intended use. At the same time a framework agreement shall be signed for equipment dependent consumables (colour substances and consumables for the cooling system). In addition an option shall be offered for the following: - service, cf. Annex 10 - Overview of service levels - service courses - e-learning programme (if offered), - other life cycle costs (wearing parts/spare parts/maintenance parts/service kit as needed). Estimated volume of dyes: The department expects 8,000 pulses per annum. The maximum volume is estimated volume + 50 %. The options shall be valid for as long as the laser is in use. The options can be price adjusted in accordance with the procurement contract point 4.2. The laser shall be used for the treatment of port wine stains (port-wine stains) and other vascular malformations on the face, throat and head of children and adults. It is important that the laser provides good possibilities for quick and painless treatment, especially as the laser is to be used for treatment on the face of children in the first year of life without the use of general anaesthesia. The maximum price of the investment is NOK 1,700,000 excluding VAT. The investment is the amount that will be paid for the main product (complete dye lasers including safety equipment, hand piece(s) necessary for the intended use and any scanners necessary for intended use). Tenders exceeding the maximum price of the investment will be rejected. Note: Due to staff holidays, questions received in the period 17 July to 16 August will be answered in week 34.
