Original language: noÅpen tilbudskonkurranse etter lov om offentlige anskaffelser og forskrift om offentlige anskaffelser del I og del II.
Anskaffelsens formål er å inngå kjøpsavtale for kjøp av 1 stk. komplett fargestofflaser (PDL) til Hudavdelingen ved Helse Stavanger HF inklusive sikkerhetsutstyr, håndstykke(r) nødvendig for tiltenkt bruk og eventuell skanner(e) nødvendig for tiltenkt bruk. Det skal samtidig inngås rammeavtale på utstyrsavhengig forbruksmateriell (fargestoffer og forbruksvarer til kjølesystem). I tillegg skal det tilbys opsjon på følgende: - service, jf. Bilag 10 - Oversikt over servicenivåer, - servicekurs, - e-læringsprogram (dersom dette tilbys), - andre livsløpskostnader (slitedeler/reservedeler/vedlikeholdsdeler/servicekit ved behov). Estimert volum av fargestoffer: Avdelingen forventer 8000 pulser per år. Maksimalt volum er estimert volum + 50 %. Opsjonene skal være gyldige så lenge laseren er i bruk. Opsjonene kan prisjusteres iht. kjøpsavtalens punkt 4.2. Laseren skal brukes til behandling av portvinsflekker (port-wine stains) og andre vaskulære malformasjoner i ansikt, hals og hode hos barn og voksne. Det er viktig at laseren gir god mulighet for rask og smertefri behandling, spesielt med tanke på at laseren skal brukes til behandling i ansikt hos barn i første leveår uten bruk av narkose. Oppdragsgivers forbehold: Makspris på investeringen er NOK 1.700.000 ekskl. mva. Investeringen er det beløpet som skal betales for hovedproduktet (komplett fargestofflaser inklusive sikkerhetsutstyr, håndstykke(r) nødvendig for tiltenkt bruk og eventuell skanner nødvendig for tiltenkt bruk).Tilbud som overstiger makspris på investeringen, vil bli avvist.Merknad: På grunn av ferieavvikling vil spørsmål mottatt i perioden 17. juli til 16. august bli besvart i uke 34.
