Dynamisk Indkøbssystem på Grøn og Hvid vedligeholdelse
Udbuddet omfatter etablering af et Dynamisk Indkøbssystem for Grøn og Hvid vedligeholdelse til Fors A/S og Fors A/S’ forskellige driftsselskaber indenfor spildevand, vand, affald og varme. Det Dynamiske Indkøbssystem er opdelt i 2 kategorier: Grøn og Hvid vedligeholdelse som følgende:
1. Grøn vedligeholdelse: Vedligeholdelse af udendørs arealer, eksempelvis græsslåning omkring bassiner og pumpestationer, hæk klipning på samme, stygning af buske og træer. Endvidere skal entreprenøren udføre opgaver som renholdelse af pladser for ukrudt, samt rensning af tagrender på bygninger. Herudover etablering og sparring til forskellige natur projekter, hvor vi kan øge naturværdi af vores matrikler f.eks. etablering af biodiversitetselementer, som vilde blomsterbede, insekthotel / levesteder på dyr, planter træer, kvashegn, hænge fuglekasser osv.
2. Hvid vedligeholdelse: Ved denne kategori forstås eksempelvis, men ikke begrænset til, vedligeholdelse i form af saltning og snerydning af arealerne i forbindelse med vinteren.
