EA Hardware Opdrachtgever: Vereniging C.V.O. CVO Rotterdam is voornemens één opdrachtnemer te contracteren voor de levering van gebruikers- en professionele ICT-hardware ten behoeve van haar scholen en organisatieonderdelen. De opdracht omvat onder meer de levering van laptops, desktops, servers, storage, netwerkapparatuur, randapparatuur en aanverwante producten, alsmede optionele dienstverlening zoals installatie, gebruiksklaar opleveren, aanvullende garantie en gecertificeerde afvoer van hardware. Met deze aanbesteding beoogt CVO een leverancier te selecteren die de gevraagde hardware tijdig, kwalitatief goed en tegen marktconforme voorwaarden kan leveren. Daarnaast hecht CVO waarde aan een betrouwbare samenwerking, passende ondersteuning, korte levertijden en een doelmatige uitvoering met een zo laag mogelijke beheerslast. Een belangrijk doel van deze aanbesteding is het beperken van de milieu-impact van de inkoop van hardware en het bevorderen van verantwoorde ketens. CVO verwacht dat inschrijvers aandacht hebben voor onder meer energieverbruik, levensduur, repareerbaarheid, herinzet, verpakkingsmaterialen en verantwoorde verwerking aan het einde van de gebruiksfase. Daarnaast verwacht CVO dat fundamentele arbeids- en mensenrechten in de productieketen worden gerespecteerd. Waar passend sluit CVO aan bij de door het Rijk geformuleerde uitgangspunten voor maatschappelijk verantwoord opdrachtgeven en inkopen. De historische uitgaven aan hardware bedroegen circa € 1.294.000 inclusief btw in 2024 en circa € 2.448.000 inclusief btw in 2025. Aan deze bedragen kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend en CVO verstrekt geen afnamegarantie. De overeenkomst treedt naar verwachting in werking op 1 januari 2027 en heeft een initiële looptijd tot en met 31 december 2029. CVO heeft de mogelijkheid de overeenkomst eenzijdig te verlengen met maximaal drie maal één jaar onder gelijkblijvende voorwaarden.
