Kantoorartikelen en Facilitaire supplies Opdrachtgever: Universiteit Maastricht Algemene informatie De Universiteit Maastricht (UM) staat in binnen- en buitenland bekend om haar unieke onderwijssysteem: het probleemgestuurd onderwijs (PGO). Daarnaast kenmerkt de UM zich door haar sterke internationale oriëntatie. Een groot aantal studenten uit Nederland en het buitenland kiest voor het Maastrichtse onderwijssysteem. De UM is de jongste universiteit van Nederland en telt ruim 23.000 studenten en 5.000 medewerkers. Onderwijs en onderzoek binnen de UM zijn voornamelijk georganiseerd binnen faculteiten en schools. Inhoud van de Aanbesteding De Opdracht betreft de levering van kantoorartikelen en facilitaire supplies ten behoeve van de Universiteit Maastricht, voor alle faculteiten en servicecentra van de UM. Tot de scope van de Opdracht behoren onder andere kantoorbenodigdheden, papierwaren, hygiëne- en schoonmaakproducten, pantryartikelen en overige facilitaire verbruiksartikelen, waaronder desinfectiedoekjes, schoonmaakmiddelen, thee en Cup-a-Soup. Het doel van deze Aanbesteding is het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één leverancier voor de levering van kantoorartikelen en facilitaire supplies. De raamovereenkomst heeft een initiële looptijd van twee (2) jaar, met de mogelijkheid voor de UM om de overeenkomst tweemaal met één (1) jaar te verlengen. De maximale looptijd van de raamovereenkomst bedraagt daarmee vier (4) jaar. De UM beoogt met deze Aanbesteding een duurzame en kostenefficiënte invulling van haar behoefte aan kantoorartikelen en facilitaire supplies, waarbij tevens een hoge mate van leveringsbetrouwbaarheid wordt nagestreefd.
