Predmetom zákazky sú stavebné práce súvisiace s komplexnou rekonštrukciou školského internátu ktorý sa nachádza V areáli spojenej strednej školy a fakulty priemyselných technológií Puchov, ktorá je súčasťou Trenčianskej univerzity Alexandra Dubčeka v Trenčíne. Návrh rekonštrukcie internátu rieši prevádzkovo-funkčné problémy súčasného stavu a zároveň priestory zázemia pre novú telocvičňu. Hlavný vstup je situovaný zo spojovacieho krčku medzi internátom a prístavbou kuchyne a dielní. Z dôvodu nového výťahu, ktorý zabezpečí bezbariérový prístup celému internátu, bude potrebné odstrániť existujúci výťah nachádzajúci sa v zrkadle hlavného schodiska. Rekonštrukcia vychádza z existujúceho dispozičného trojtraktu s hlavným schodiskom. Táto dispozičná kostra je na konci chodby doplnená novým únikovým schodiskom. Každé podlažie tvorí samostatný, uzamykateľný funkčný celok prístupný cez chipový systém. Na 1.NP sú v priestoroch jedného traktu internátu umiestnené funkcie zázemia telocvične (šatne, sprchy, náraďovňa, sklady). Na 2.NP sú umiestnené funkcie posilňovne, fitnes a možnosti ďalších športových aktivít súvisiacich s telocvičňou. Na druhej strane dispozičného traktu budú na 1NP umiestnené prenajímateľné kancelárie a na 2.NP bude sústredená administratíva a kancelárie učiteľov, ktoré sa presťahujú z hlavnej budovy. Na 3.NP až 6.NP sú sústredené ubytovacie jednotky. Jedna ubytovacia jednotka sa skladá z dvoch izieb, jednej jednolôžkovej a jednej dvojlôžkovej izby so spoločnou kúpeľnou. Ubytovacia kapacita jedného podlažia je 22 lôžok (pri 4 ubytovacích podlažiach je to 88 lôžok). Každé podlažie môže slúžiť oddelene, na samostatný spôsob ubytovania. 7.NP je v súčasnej dobe tvorené podkrovím, ktoré vykazuje poruchovosť a jeho „oprava“ by bola ekonomický náročnejšia ako jeho nové spracovanie formou plochej strechy. Z toho dôvodu návrh rieši 7.NP ako novú nadstavbu, ktorá sleduje konštrukčný systém spodných podlaží a zároveň vytvorí vhodnú svetlú výšku pre funkciu učební, seminárnych miestností a knižnice.
