Predmetom tejto časti zákazky sú stavebné práce na objekte SO 01 – Budova C, ktoré zahŕňajú: 1. Prístavba výťahu Výťahová šachta je navrhnutá ako prístavba k objektu C. Vstup do výťahu je riešený z interiérovej chodby na každom podlaží. Výťah bude obsluhovať tri stanice Výťah musí spĺňať požiadavky bezbariérovosti a príslušné technické normy. 2. Prístavba učebne opravy a údržby poľnohospodárskych strojov Učebňa je navrhnutá ako jeden otvorený priestor so svetlou výškou 3,2 – 3,75 m. Prístup do učebne je riešený dvomi protiľahlými sekčnými bránami, dvomi jednokrídlovými dverami vedľa brán, dvojkrídlovými dverami prepájajúcimi učebňu s existujúcim objektom C. Na vegetačnú strechu učebne je prístup zo zimnej záhrady na 2. NP objektu C. 3. Sociálne zariadenia 1. NP - Dispozícia sociálnych zariadení pre chlapcov zostáva zachovaná. V časti umyvární sa mení počet umývadiel, premiestnenie sprchových kútov, vytvorenie bezbariérového WC pre imobilných. Miestnosť výlevky (upratovačka) zostáva bezo zmien. 2. NP a 3. NP- Dispozícia sociálnych zariadení, umyvární a upratovačky zostáva bezo zmien. 4. Učebňa aranžérie Učebňa zostáva bez dispozičných zmien. 5. Rekonštrukcia zimnej záhrady Priestor zimnej záhrady tvorí jeden celok s podlahovou plochou 103 m². Zimná záhrada je prístupná zo spojovacej chodby na 2. NP objektu C. V súvislosti s prístavbou učebne je navrhnutý priamy prístup na vegetačnú strechu. Dispozícia ani funkcia zimnej záhrady sa nemení.
