Hlavným zámerom investora je vytvorenie podmienok pre možnosť skvalitnenia podmienok vyučovacieho procesu formou modernizácie súčasných priestorov SZŠ v historickej budove a vybudovanie nových objektov pre potreby školy, tak aby zodpovedali súčasným požiadavkám a nárokom na výučbu na strednej odbornej škole.
