El objeto del contrato se estructura en tres prestaciones principales y dos transversales de gestión para garantizar el soporte del Sistema de Información Hospitalaria (GIS/HIS) del Departamento de Salud de La Plana: 1) Mantenimiento y Soporte Operativo: Mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y adaptativo de los sistemas asistenciales (xHIS, xGPC, eHC, PATWIN) y del entorno de aplicaciones web y de movilidad (UHD, Urgencia2, Opera2, Intranet, entre otras), gestión de incidencias N2/N3, y el plan de explotación de servidores y puestos de trabajo. 2) Desarrollo y Migración HCU: Proyectos de evolución, programación de nuevas funcionalidades y ejecución del proceso de Extracción, Transformación y Carga (ETL) para la migración de xHIS a la Historia Clínica Única (HCU). 3) Gobernanza, Calidad y Transición del Servicio: Prestaciones transversales que comprenden la dirección y seguimiento del proyecto mediante interlocución única, la ejecución de los planes de control de calidad de entregables, formación a usuarios y seguridad (ENS/RGPD), así como la gestión de los planes de puesta en marcha inicial y de devolución/reversión final del servicio.
