Description

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the provision of Electronic Flares (Red, Amber, Blue) as detailed in Annex A, to the Identified Users across Canada. The period of the Standing Offer will be from date of Standing Offer issuance until March 31, 2029, with the option to extend for two (2) additional 1-year periods. The intent is to issue one Standing Offer as a result of this solicitation. GSIN: N5855 – night vision equipment 46171615 - Light enhancing cameras or vision devices Security: There is no security requirement applicable to the Standing Offer. Basis of selection: An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.
