a) Für die Sanierung der Patientenzimmer und Bettenstationen im 1. bis 3. Obergeschoss des Artemed Klinikums München Süd werden Elektroinstallations- und Fernmeldetechnikarbeiten beschafft. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere: Elektroinstallation: 15.000 m NYM-J 1-2,5 mm²; 12 Stück Unterverteiler; 650 Stück Beleuchtungselemente. Fernmeldetechnik: 11.000 m Datenleitung; 430 Stück Rauchmelder. Interne Kennung: Elektroinstallations- und Fernmeldetechnikarbeiten (Elektrotechnische Anlagen). b) Für das Vorhaben wurde zum Zwecke der Verkürzung der Angebotsfrist gemäß § 12 EU Abs. 1 Nr. 2 VOB/A eine Vorinformation im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union (TED - Tenders Electronic Daily) unter der Veröffentlichungsnummer 566614-2026 am 17. August 2026 veröffentlicht. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens sind die in der Vorinformation unter Ziffer 5.1. Los: LOT-0014 bezeichneten Elektroinstallations- und Fernmeldetechnikarbeiten (Elektrotechnische Anlagen). c) Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, im Rahmen der umfassenden Sanierung der Patientenzimmer und Bettenstationen im 1. bis 3. Obergeschoss des Artemed Klinikums München Süd mehrere Bauaufträge verschiedener Gewerke zu vergeben. Ziel des Vorhabens ist die Modernisierung der baulichen und technischen Infrastruktur sowie die nachhaltige Verbesserung des Patientenkomforts und der Funktionalität der Stationen.
