Published by Ministry of Housing and Public Works, Public Works Department (PWD). Procuring Entity: Executive Engineer, PWD EM Division-2, Dhaka. Construction of One Basement & 12 Storied Office Building with Multipurpose Hall at DMP Head Quarters Dhaka. (Sub-Head: Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Type of Air Conditioning System for Auditorium room with Ancillary works) Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Non_Development GOB. Eligibility Requirements: This invitation for tender is open to all eligible/ Bona fide Tenderers:
a) Up to date valid Trade license
b) Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate
c) Up to date valid Income Tax clearance certificate
d) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
e) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 contract of VRF Type of Air Conditioning System successfully completed within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk. 180.00 Lac
f) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 280.00 Lac over the last 05 financial years and Minimum Tender Capacity shall be 180.00 Lac.
g) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment in the form of Letter of Credit Commitment for Banks undertaking for Line of Credit (Form e-PW2A-8) Only without alteration or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 140.00 Lac.
h) Up to date valid ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory license
i) Met all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender as mentioned in the ITT, GCC, PCC, Tender data sheet (TDS) & Tender documents.. Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh.
