Construction of one Basement & 12 storied office Building with Multi-Purpose Hall at DMP Headquarters, Dhaka (Sub-head: Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning Split type Air cooler for 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th floor of DMP 12 storied office building with Multipurpose Hall at DMP headquarters Dhaka. Construction of one Basement & 12 storied office Building with Multi-Purpose Hall at DMP Headquarters, Dhaka (Sub-head: Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning Split type Air cooler for 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th floor of DMP 12 storied office building with Multipurpose Hall at DMP headquarters Dhaka. Procurement Method: NCT Open Tendering Method. Budget and Source of Funds: Non_Development GOB. Eligibility Requirements: This invitation for tender is open to all eligible/ Bona fide Tenderers:
a) Up to date valid Trade license
b) Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate
c) Up to date valid Income Tax clearance certificate
d) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
e) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 contract of Air Conditioning System successfully completed within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk. 150.00 Lac
f) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 220.00 Lac over the last 05 financial years and Minimum Tender Capacity shall be 150.00 Lac.
g) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment in the form of Letter of Credit Commitment for Banks undertaking for Line of Credit (Form e-PW2A-8) Only without alteration or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 120.00 Lac.
h) Up to date valid ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory license
i) Met all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender as mentioned in the ITT, GCC, PCC, Tender data sheet (TDS) & Tender documents.. Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh.
