Die Straßenstruktur besteht aus klassifizierten Haupt-, Sammel- und Wohnstraßen sowie Plätzen. Der Auftrag beinhaltet im Wesentlichen die Erneuerung von ca. 4.855 Leuchten mit Anbindung an das vorhandene Managementsystem der Firma Tvilight, sowie die Demontage und fachgerechte Entsorgung der Altleuchten. Die Anbindung der Leuchten an das Managementsystem der Firma Tvilight ist erforderlich, um eine einheitliche Steuerung und Überwachung der öffentlichen Beleuchtung zu gewährleisten.
