De opdracht betreft een dienst in overeenstemming met de Aanbestedingswet 2012 en omvat in hoofdzaak het sluiten van een overeenkomst voor twee percelen:
Met het Energieloket (Perceel 1) wil de Aanbestedende Dienst inwoners laagdrempelig, onafhankelijk en concreet ondersteunen, door hen te voorzien van duidelijke informatie, gericht advies en waar mogelijk directe doorverwijzing naar uitvoerende partijen.
Met de inzet van middelen uit het NIP (Perceel 2) wordt een collectieve aanpak gefaciliteerd, gericht op het isoleren van slecht geïsoleerde woningen. Hierbij wordt gewerkt met praktische ontzorging en aantrekkelijke uitvoeringsvoorwaarden, zodat deelname voor woningeigenaren zowel haalbaar als aantrekkelijk wordt gemaakt.
Beide percelen dragen bij aan het versnellen van de energietransitie en het realiseren van gemeentelijke duurzaamheidsdoelen, met extra aandacht voor het tegengaan van energiearmoede en het verlagen van woonlasten.
