Description

Byron Shire Council is seeking not-for-profit organisations or government entities to licence the Community Demountable building at 15 Tincogan Street, Mullumbimby, for delivery of regular, low-cost or no-cost mental health services to the local community. Key requirements: - Not-for-profit status (for-profit organisations will not be considered) - Mental health, psychosocial support, clinical outreach or care navigation services - Regular, ongoing service delivery (not one-off events) - Appropriate governance, supervision, credentialling, and insurance capacity Council is primarily seeking sole occupancy of the site; co-location may be considered where it complements the primary service. Initial licence term of three years, at annual licence fee of $2,000.
