De gemeente Hoorn organiseert namens de gemeenten Drechterland, Enkhuizen, Hoorn, Koggenland, Medemblik, Opmeer en Stede Broec (Regio Westfriesland) een toelatingsprocedure (semi open house) voor de uitvoering van diagnostiek en behandeling van Ernstige Dyslexie voor jeugdigen van 7 tot en met 13 jaar.
