Etappen und wird wie folgt beschrieben: - Etappe 1: Umbau Provisorium Waldhaus Im bestehenden Waldhaus wird vor Baubeginn eine Provisorische Wäscherei eingerichtet. Damit der Betrieb während der Bauzeit weiterlaufen kann. - Etappe 2: Abbruch und Ersatzneubau Stauffacherhaus + Pavillon Das bestehende Stauffacherhaus wird komplett abgebrochen und neu gebaut. Das neue Gebäude gliedert sich ins Stauffacherhaus, wo sich Wohnungen befinden und ins Pavillon, wo sich die Schul- und die Betriebsküche befinden. Im gemeinsamen Untergeschoss befindet sich der Speisesaal sowie Therapie-, Wasch- und Technikräume. - Etappe 3: Lifteinbau Schulhaus Im bestehenden Schulhaus wird ein neuer Lift sowie neue Türen eingebaut, um die Schule behindertengerecht sowie brandschutztechnisch auf dem neuesten Stand zu bringen. - Etappe 4: Garagenanbau Saalbau Am bestehenden Saalbau wird eine neue Garage angebaut. Die bestehenden Räume werden auf Grund der Radonbelastung neu belüftet. - Etappe 5: Umbauarbeiten Waldhaus Nach der Fertigstellung und der Inbetriebnahme der neuen Wäscherei im Untergeschoss Stauffacherhaus wird die provisorische Wäscherei rückgebaut und ein neues definitives Pflegebad erstellt. Auch hier werden die Räume auf Grund der Radonbelastung neu belüftet. - Etappe 6: Umbauarbeiten Haupthaus Das an das neue Stauffacherhaus hängende Haupthaus wird komplett saniert. Das Dachgeschoss wird komplett abgerissen und neu errichtet. Alle Fenster werden erneuert und dem alten Bestandesbau vor den Umbauten wieder angeglichen. Hier kommen Büros, Garderoben und Personalräume zum liegen. - Etappe 7: Umgebungsarbeiten Die Umgebung wird neu gestaltet. Sämtliche Gebäude und Gärten werden neu auch Behindertengerecht erschlossen. Gärten, Spielplatz sowie Gewächshaus werden neu platziert. Schulbetrieb: Der Schulbetrieb läuft während der Bauzeit parallel weiter.
