Der Anbieter als zugelassener Planer, Ersteller & Betreiber der Brandmeldeanlage trägt die volle Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der gültigen Normen und Vorschriften. In der Submission ist eine betriebsfertige Anlage zu offerieren und das Leistungsverzeichnis gegebenenfalls mit den Positionen «Ergänzungen Unternehmer» zu vervollständigen. Sämtliches Material welches für den einwandfreien Betrieb sowie normgerechte Montage benötigt wird ist in den Einheitspreisen einzurechnen. Die Brandmeldezentrale 1-7 (Fabrikat Zettler) ist bestehend und wird übernommen . Es sollen einzig die Brandmelder (Melderersatz) im Rahmen des üblichen Wartungsintervals ersetzt werden. Die Programmierung & Parametrierung der Brandmeldezentrale sowie der Melder (z. B. Einstellungen Sensibilität Detektion) werden 1 zu 1 übernommen. Bestehend ist eine Vollüberwachung des Gebäudes mit sämtlichen med. genutzten Bereichen wie Intensivpflege, Operationsräume, Nuklearmedizin, Radiologie, etc. sowie Laborgeschoss und Technikgeschossen vorhanden.
