De Metropoolregio Eindhoven (MRE) is op zoek naar een ervaren interim-manager Bedrijfsvoering en Concerncontrol die onze organisatie naar een hoger niveau tilt. De Gemeenschappelijke Regeling MRE is als samenwerkingsverband van 21 gemeenten volop in ontwikkeling op het gebied van de regionale opgaven Ruimte & Wonen, Mobiliteit, Economie, Energietransitie en Landelijk Gebied. Het programmabureau regisseert op het regionale niveau deze hoofdopgaven in samenspel met de 21 gemeenten. Bovendien ligt de focus sterk op realisatie van de opgaven met de ontwikkeling van realisatieteams op het gebied van wonen, mobiliteit en energie-infrastructuur en mogelijk werklocaties onder de vlag van de MRE. Daarnaast is het fondsmanagement sterk in ontwikkeling en zij we in de opstartfase van het ontwikkelen van een toekomstbestendige financi?le strategie voor de regionale opgaven. Dit jaar is de bedrijfsvoering van de twee dienstonderdelen team MRE en Regionaal Historisch Centrum Eindhoven (RHCe) volledig ge?ntegreerd. Alle ondersteunende functies zijn ondergebracht in ??n team Bedrijfsvoering. Het betreft: Financi?n en Control, Personeel & Organisatie, Informatievoorziening/Automatisering, Documentaire Informatievoorziening, Huisvesting/Facilitair, Inkoop, Juridische Zaken en Secretariaat. Het betreft een hybride functie met twee kernverantwoordelijkheden: leiding geven aan de medewerkers van het Bedrijfsbureau (circa 11 fte) en concerncontrolling. Het is een vaste functie die we vooralsnog met een ervaren interim-manager willen invullen in het licht van de geschetste ontwikkelingen. Deze manager valt hi?rarchisch rechtstreeks onder de secretaris-algemeen directeur van de MRE en maakt onderdeel uit van het wekelijkse Management-Overleg.Hoofdtaken zijn:- Hi?rarchisch leidinggeven aan de medewerkers van het Bedrijfsbureau; 10 tot 15 medewerkers. Het is een nieuw ingericht team met relatief veel nieuwe medewerkers. Hierbij hoort ook de opdrachtverstrekking, aansturing en regie over externe leveranciers van onderdelen als juridische ondersteuning en IT-leveranciers. - Vertegenwoordigt het team Bedrijfsbureau in het Directieteam. - Geeft het middelenbeleid vorm op verschillende bedrijfsvoeringsonderdelen.- Strategische advisering op het gebied van concerncontrolling.- Regisseert de planning & controlcyclus, zowel de kaderstelling als verantwoording in- en extern.- Secretaris van de bestuurlijk commissie van advies Financi?n van de MRE.
