Rakennushankkeessa peruskorjataan laajasti kiinteistön kaksi vuonna 1979 rakennettua asuinkerrostaloa,
kolme kerroksinen asuinkerrostalo sekä neljä kerroksinen asuinkerrostalo maanpäällisellä
kellarikerroksella. Myös osa tontin piha-alueesta kunnostetaan.
Työt käsittävät kaikki tavanomaiseen peruskorjaukseen kohdentuvat rakennustyöt. Rakennustyö sisältää maanrakennus-, piha-, julkisivu-, hissi-, vesikattotöitä ja sisärakennus- ja talotekniikkatöitä.
Huoneistot ja liiketilat tyhjennetään peruskorjausta varten. Asukkaat muuttavat pois 7.1.2025 mennessä, joten työt voivat alkaa aikaisintaan 8.1.2025.
Rakennushankkeen suunnittelijat, suunnittelun jakautuminen, sijainti ja tarkemmat paljoustiedot on esitetty urakkaohjelmassa.
