Original language: fiTämän kilpailutuksen tavoitteena on saada sopimuskumppanit Espoon Asuntojen kiinteistöjen viheralueiden hoitoon vihersopimusalueille 1.1, 2.2 ja 3.1. Sopimukset tulee olemaan kestoltaan toistaiseksi voimassaoleva. Kiinteistöalueille valitaan lisäksi varatoimittaja tarjouskilpailun menestyksen perusteella sopimuskumppaneiksi valittujen jälkeisiltä sijoilta., Viherhoitosopimusalue 1.1 Espoon Asunnot Oy:n Suur-Leppävaaran alueella kiinteistöjen viheralueiden hoidon vuosisopimuksen mukaisia viherhoitotöitä tämän sopimuksen ja sopimuksen liitteiden mukaisesti toteutettuna.
Viheralueiden hoitosopimukseen kuuluvat kiinteistöt on lueteltu tämän sopimuksen liitteenä olevassa tarjouslomakkeessa., Viherhoitosopimusalue 2.2 Espoon Asunnot Oy:n Nöykkiö, Kaitaa, Hyljelahti, Latokaski alueella kiinteistöjen viheralueiden hoidon vuosisopimuksen mukaisia viherhoitotöitä tämän sopimuksen ja sopimuksen liitteiden mukaisesti toteutettuna.
