Establishment of transmission line - Hjørring Heating Plant

Hjørring Heating Plant is to establish a new heat pump system at Hjørring Treatment Plant, which utilizes heat from wastewater for district heating production. This earthworks and blacksmithing contract includes construction work and the establishment of the transmission line connecting the wastewater heat pump at Hjørring Treatment Plant to the heating plant on Vandværksvej in Hjørring. The work involves coordination with other contracts, especially regarding the introduction and placement of the transmission line in the new heat pump building at the treatment plant. This earthworks and blacksmithing contract is thus a central part of the overall project, and the detailed requirements and specifications for this contract are detailed in this tender material. The conclusion of the agreement is conditional on the board of Hjørring Heating Plant approving the project. It is a prerequisite for commencing work on the transmission line that Hjørring Heating Plant has entered into agreements with the affected landowners before work on establishing the transmission line can commence. Therefore, if the landowner agreements are delayed, it may be necessary to postpone the schedule for establishing the transmission line. With reference to Article 65 of the Utilities Directive, it can be stated that the contract in this tender is not divided into (further) subcontracts, as the contracting authority has assessed that, given the nature of the task, as well as the economic, responsibility, and execution aspects, it is most appropriately solved in one contract. No remuneration is paid for participation in this tender.
