Le présent marché fait l’objet d’une procédure d’appel d’offres sous forme d’un contrat-cadre, au sens de l’article 25 de l’AIMP 2019. Le marché porte sur les prestations d'architecte pour les travaux d'entretien, de réparation, d'assainissement d’ouvrages, de parties d’ouvrages ou d’éléments d’ouvrages gérés par la section Entretien et Exploitation des bâtiments du Service des bâtiments de l'État de Fribourg. Les ouvrages concernés par le présent appel d'offres sont listés dans les documents d'appel d'offres (Document I6). Le marché est divisé en 4 lots. Le soumissionnaire peut répondre à tous les lots. Les bâtiments sont répartis dans les lots selon le portefeuille : Lot 1 : Portefeuille Patrimoine cantonal (PATR) Lot 2 : Portefeuille Administration cantonale (ADMI) Lot 3 : Portefeuille Enseignement Culture Sport (ENCS) Lot 4 : Portefeuille Sécurité (SECU), Social (SOCI) et Agriculture et sylviculture (AGRI) La durée des contrats-cadres sera de 5 ans.
