Description

Auf dem Netz der SBB Infrastruktur kommt das Zugbeeinflussungssystem ETCS zum Einsatz. Ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der Streckenausrüstung sind Eurobalisen. Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist die Auswahl eines strategischen Vertragspartners (Single Source), der die langfristige Verfügbarkeit der Eurobalisen sowie den technischen Support über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus für die ETCS Levels 1 und 2 sicherstellt. Der Auftrag umfasst einen Rahmenwerkvertrag für die Lieferung von Hardware sowie einen Service- und Supportvertrag. Hardware Lieferung von Eurobalisen für ETCS Levels 1 und 2 einschliesslich Befestigungsmaterial, Gleisanschlüssen, Balisendeaktivierungsvorrichtungen sowie Programmier- und Prüfeinrichtungen. Der Rahmenwerkvertrag wird für eine feste Dauer von zehn Jahren abgeschlossen und kann anschliessend durch den Auftraggeber dreimal um jeweils fünf Jahre verlängert werden (maximale Gesamtlaufzeit 25 Jahre). Engineering und Services Bereitstellung der erforderlichen Programmier- und Prüfapplikationen sowie Durchführung von Programmierungs- und Prüfdienstleistungen vor der Inbetriebnahme und vor Ort. Service und Support Abschluss eines Service- und Supportvertrags für den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus einschliesslich Softwarepflege, Software-Updates, Obsoleszenzmanagement sowie garantierter Reaktions- und Reparaturzeiten.
